About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Secretary to join our team in Tulsa. This key role ensures the smooth daily operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing communication, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; take and relay messages as needed

  • Manage calendars by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events

  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, records, and databases

  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail

  • Perform general office duties such as copying, filing, and faxing

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to clients and partners


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of high-level administrative experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • At least 3 years of experience using QuickBooks

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
