Job Title: Sensor Technician – Small Parts Assembler

Location: Tulsa, OK

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sensor Technician – Small Parts Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for basic assembly of small parts, primarily focusing on precision assembly tasks. While prior experience in small parts assembly is preferred, we will consider candidates with a strong job history and the willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in the aerospace industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Assemble small components and parts following detailed instructions and specifications.

Perform basic assembly tasks with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Inspect parts and components for defects or damage before and after assembly.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Assist with inventory management and reporting as needed.

Perform other duties related to assembly and production as required.


Qualifications:

Previous experience in small parts assembly is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Solid job history with a proven track record of reliability and performance.

DOT certification preferred but not required.
