Lead Patient Service Representative |Tulsa, OK | Temp-Perm | $18-$19/hour

Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-2:30pm
 

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Patient Service Representative to join our growing medical team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and leadership skills, a background in medical office operations, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a generous PTO package and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
  • Monitor and evaluate personnel work performance
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and physicians
  • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the patient experience
  • Assist with training front desk staff and ensuring adherence to daily duties
  • Handle patient inquiries and service requests efficiently and professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and medical billing
  • Ability to maintain and organize patient referrals
  • Effective team leadership and staff management abilities
  • Previous experience as a front desk representative is required
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-first approach
  • ATHENA EMR experience is a plus

Qualifications

  • At least three years of clinical admin experience
