Overview:
Trinity Employment is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join a Finishing Crew in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Our client specializes in producing high-quality, low-maintenance exterior wall panel systems used in both new construction and renovation projects. These products combine visual appeal with durability and are offered in a wide range of finishes.
As part of the Finishing Crew, you'll play a hands-on role in the final stages of production, ensuring each panel meets detailed quality specifications. This position requires construction knowledge, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Spread epoxy mixture onto backer boards using a notched trowel
Place thin bricks onto boards in a running bond pattern
Apply basecoat and stucco finishes to create EIFS-like panels
Utilize both hand and power tools for various finishing duties
Safely operate forklifts and other production equipment
Accurately measure materials using a tape measure down to 1/16 inch
Inspect finished panels to ensure they meet quality standards
Keep workspaces clean, organized, and hazard-free
Work closely with teammates to maintain smooth production flow
Qualifications:
Background in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse work preferred
Experience with tile setting or surface finishing is a bonus
Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
Capable of lifting and handling materials in a shop environment
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented and committed to following safety procedures
