Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, DOE

What You’ll Do
As our Accounts Receivable Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring payroll data is entered accurately, invoices go out on time, and our receivables are in tip-top shape. You'll be working closely with our internal team to keep financial operations smooth, accurate, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter employee hours and data for payroll processing
- Create and send client invoices through QuickBooks Online
- Track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and keep accounts current
- Support financial recordkeeping and prepare AR reports as needed
- Collaborate with our plant design and service teams to ensure accurate billing
- Assist with general office tasks and contribute to our supportive team vibe
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Payroll, or Bookkeeping
- Basic experience with QuickBooks Online
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Outlook, Teams)
- High attention to detail and strong time management
- Professional, friendly communication style and follow-through
- Bonus points if you love nature and appreciate a good potted succulent ??
