This candidate will start out as a temp and possible hire.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner and direct them to the correct person.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with event planning.

Perform various clerical tasks such as, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Perform various clerical tasks.

Provide administrative support to all team members, as necessary.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


Must have a high school diploma/GED.

Must have 1-2 years clerical/data entry experience.
