Job Title: Roofing Repair Technician
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hour and up, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Roofing Repair Technician to join a reputable and growing roofing team in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on repair experience across various roofing systems—not just new installations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to accurately diagnose and perform roofing repairs with quality and efficiency. For those with long-term goals, this role offers clear pathways into roof inspection and leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality repairs on asphalt shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems
Assess roof damage and conduct diagnostics, preferably using a 20-point roof inspection process
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism
Communicate clearly with supervisors and occasionally with property owners
Assist with on-site inspections and document roof conditions accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on roof repair experience (repair work—not just installation)
Familiarity with asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and flat roof systems
Experience with structured roof inspections (20-point or similar) is highly preferred
Ability to safely climb ladders, work at heights, and lift 50+ lbs regularly
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
HAG certification is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Tools & Equipment:
All necessary tools and equipment are provided
Technicians may bring their own nail gun, subject to inspection and approval
