CNC Machinist - Mill

CNC Mill Operator

Location: Sand Springs, OK

Pay: $22-27/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components, mainly for the aerospace industry. You’ll work on tight-tolerance parts, including smaller quantity and specialty jobs that larger shops often turn away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines for precise part production.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job specifications.
• Perform inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine processes and improve part designs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety standards.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in CNC milling machine operation and programming.
• Strong understanding of precision machining and tolerances.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with G-code and M-code programming.
• Previous experience in aerospace or similar high-precision industries.
