Production Technician

One of our clients is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to work a physical job, and capable of handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and cleanliness throughout each phase of production. This is a Temp to Hire position that works M-F, 8am- 5pm.

Responsibilities: 

• Accurately weigh and mix raw materials according to instructions.
• Lift and handle 50 lb bags of raw material and mix components safely.
• Operate and monitor a screw press to extract liquid from processed material.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring equipment is cleaned thoroughly between production batches.
• Follow strict safety, quality control, and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain detailed production records and adhere to processing timelines.
• Identify and report any equipment issues or process deviations.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing, brewing, or chemical production is a plus.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in production.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a structured environment with timed processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
• Commitment to cleanliness and organization in a production setting.
