What you will be doing as an Outside Salesperson for Residential Exterior Construction:
• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess needs and offer tailored solutions for exterior construction projects.
• Promote and sell services including windows, siding, decks, fences, and more by highlighting features, benefits, and value.
• Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, canvassing, networking, and inbound inquiries.
• Take accurate field measurements and collaborate with estimators to ensure precise project proposals.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract signing and project handoff.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and communication.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position our services.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities using CRM tools.
 • Collaborate with project managers and operations staff to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.


A successful candidate for this Outside Salesperson role will possess the following:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in residential construction or exterior remodeling.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of residential exterior construction products and installation practices.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and understand construction basics.
