What you will be doing as an Estimator/Job Cost Manager:
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for residential remodel projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate labor, materials, and time estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the project scope are captured.
• Review vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive and complete bid coverage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction costs, trends, and materials.
• Assist with budgeting, job costing, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, professional, and confident communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure estimates reflect realistic construction timelines, pricing, and contingency planning.

A successful candidate for this Estimator/Job Cost Manager role will possess the following:
