What you will be doing as a Construction Superintendent:
• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites to ensure all activities are conducted efficiently and safely.
• Maintain project work schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors by sourcing, evaluating, and managing their work and compliance.
• Conduct inspections at key project phases to ensure quality and approve ongoing construction efforts.
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation including budgets, expenditures, and strategic construction data.
• Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and safety standards to avoid fines and work interruptions.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and elevation drawings, ensuring all project specifications are met.
• Facilitate clear communication with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors through verbal and written updates.
• Demonstrate proposals and project details confidently and professionally to stakeholders.

A successful candidate for this Construction Superintendent role will possess the following:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory or project management role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents, including blueprints and elevation drawings.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
