What you will be doing in the Commercial Insurance Producer role:

A successful candidate for this Commercial Insurance Producer role will possess the following:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the insurance industry or B2B Sales.
  • Prefer bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in building business relationships.
  • A great listener, we truly care about our clients and it’s important we have a clear understanding of their context and needs and how we can offer added value to them.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset to discover the unknown and unpredictable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; start-up experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in presenting to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets.


Compensation: Based on experience and market competitive, Base + Commission
