Make Ready Tech

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to join a team in Gladstone, Missouri. The Make Ready Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring our units are move-in ready for new residents by performing repairs, maintenance, and cosmetic enhancements. This position requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing necessary repairs, cleaning, and upgrades.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs as needed.
• Paint walls, doors, and trim to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment.
• Install flooring, appliances, fixtures, and other essential items.
• Identify and address maintenance issues to meet property standards.
• Work closely with the maintenance and leasing teams to ensure timely unit turnarounds.
