1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
TMD Staffing is now hiring Assembly Line Workers for a manufacturing client in Plano, TX. This position involves hands-on work assembling products on a line, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble products and components according to instructions or diagrams
Use hand and power tools (screwdrivers, pliers, drills, socket wrenches, etc.)
Pull and prepare materials for daily work orders
Inspect, label, and pack finished products into cartons
Perform rework as needed based on supervisor feedback
Keep work area clean and organized at all times
Follow OSHA and company safety protocols
Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience on an assembly line (mechanical or electrical preferred)
Able to lift up to 35lbs and stand throughout shift
Comfortable using basic tools and equipment
Basic computer literacy for production tracking
Detail-oriented and dependable with a team-first mindset
