TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Inside Sales Support Specialist in the 77032, North side of Houston! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person, Office

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Inside sales order processing
• Account management
• Once an order is received, the order must be confirmed to the customer and sales representatives
• All orders must be processed promptly
• Answer all incoming phone calls within two-three rings
• Must be able to support three or more outside sales representatives
• Research products
• Prepare quotes for customers and sales representatives
• Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as requested
• Provide outstanding customer service by going above and beyond

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service/inside sales
• The ability to accurately read various types of documents necessary to do the job
• The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• The ability to effectively communicate with other employees and supervisors. 
• Self-starter to stay busy
• Take direction and work closely with supervisors to develop positive relationships. 
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, primarily Microsoft Office Products and Outlook
• Packaging knowledge preferred
• Hight School diploma or GED 

PAY $20/hour 

SCHEDULE

8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
