Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:30 am to finish

Position Summary:

NOW HIRING: Driver Helpers! Join our team in Lubbock, TX, and assist with delivering appliances, furniture, and other items to homes and businesses. This is a physically demanding role that requires loading, unloading, and assisting with installation as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload appliances, furniture, and other heavy objects (up to 600 lbs.) using dollies, pallet jacks, and other equipment

• Assist with delivery and placement of items in homes and businesses

• Perform general assembly and installation tasks following service manuals

• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers

• Ensure items are delivered without damage and completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Experience using dollies, pallet jacks, and other moving equipment

• General assembly and installation skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 600 lbs.) safely

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Physically demanding, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items

• Work performed in homes, businesses, and on delivery vehicles

• Frequent bending, lifting, and standing
