TMD Staffing is looking to hire CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in the SPRING TX area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
REMOTE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional, helpful customer service
Respond to customer inquiries through a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Resolve customer concerns quickly and accurately
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to escalate issues
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year of customer service experience, preferably phone-based
Experience with ticketing or CRM systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and organized
Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
PAY RATE
$20.00 per hour
SCHEDULE
MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9:00AM - 5:00PM
