TMD is searching for a Control Room Clerk located in our La Porte, TX 77571

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with other departments regarding shipment needs and status
- Receive and check in drivers upon arrival, verifying paperwork and directing them as needed
- Coordinate with the onsite yard driver for move requests and inform drivers as necessary
- Collaborate with the Control Tower regarding late arrivals, no-shows, and reschedules
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage data
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in warehouse management systems, Excel, and Outlook
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
Starting pay is $18/ HR
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM-4:30 PM
