• 1st Shift – Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2nd Shift – Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for electronics and repairs? TMD Staffing is looking for a detail-driven Engineering Technician to join a dynamic production team in Plano, TX!
What You'll Be Doing:
• Troubleshoot and repair rejected electronic devices and manufacturing jigs
• Inspect printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) and cables for defects
• Complete assembly, testing, and rework jobs on schedule
• Flash/update firmware using command line systems
• Maintain and inspect production tools and line equipment
• Ensure top-tier quality with a low failure rate
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience in PCBA and mechanical part assembly
• Skilled in soldering and cable inspection
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Familiarity with command line firmware updates
• Capable of repairing electronic production line rejects
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent attendance is required
