TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor in the 77032 area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person
RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensure training and adherence to policies
Assign tasks, manage schedules, and monitor performance
Foster positive work environment, promote teamwork
Supervise the warehouse team and processes of load/unload, inspections, receiving
Ensure good are checked against PO’s and documents
Coordinate w/procurement and inventory teams
Identify and implement improvements
Streamline operation
Ensure inbound activity is in compliance
Oversee storage of material
Prepare and present monthly reports
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years experience as Warehouse Supervisor
Warehouse operations experience
Strong leadership skills, organized, multi-tasked
Proficient in warehouse management systems
Safety knowledge and compliance
High School diploma or GED
PAY RATE
$24-25/hour
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm
