The Cream Maker is responsible for preparing, mixing, and producing high-quality cream products according to company recipes and standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring product consistency, food safety, and overall production efficiency.  Must be able to work 2nd Shift hours from 1:00pm - 9:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.

  • Operate mixers and related equipment to produce cream products.

  • Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and consistency to ensure product quality.

  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards at all times.

  • Complete required documentation, including batch records and production logs.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.

  • Assist with quality checks and adjustments to maintain consistency.

  • Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production needs, issues, or improvements.

  • Comply with all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food production, mixing, or manufacturing preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).

  • Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety guidelines accurately.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

  • Exposure to refrigerated areas, ingredients, and production equipment.
