The Cream Maker is responsible for preparing, mixing, and producing high-quality cream products according to company recipes and standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring product consistency, food safety, and overall production efficiency. Must be able to work 2nd Shift hours from 1:00pm - 9:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
Operate mixers and related equipment to produce cream products.
Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and consistency to ensure product quality.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards at all times.
Complete required documentation, including batch records and production logs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
Assist with quality checks and adjustments to maintain consistency.
Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production needs, issues, or improvements.
Comply with all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food production, mixing, or manufacturing preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety guidelines accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
