Job Description: As a Cemetery Operations Associate you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless burial service and maintaining the integrity of our cemetery setups. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Burial Vault Installation: Coordinate with burial vault manufacturing team to install burial vaults securely and efficiently. Ensure proper alignment and placement to meet client expectations and industry standards.
Cemetery Setup: Assist in setting up tents, chairs and other equipment required for funeral services and graveside ceremonies. Maintain cleanliness of the site before, during, and after services.
Grave Liner Installation: Install grave liners as needed, ensuring proper fit and alignment. Handle liners with care to prevent damage and maintain respect for the deceased and their loved ones.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth execution of burial services. Communicate effectively with supervisors, funeral directors, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or special requests.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and ensure a secure work environment. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
Must have driver licenses to be able to drive company truck.
