- Responsible for:
- Project Assistance: Complete assigned projects as the PM Manager/Coordinator directs.
- PM Manager/Coordinator Support: Serve as a backup to PM Manager/Coordinator including issuing new PMs, work orders, and closing out completed tasks.
- Data Management: Retrieve and manage PM data from ManagerPlus for audits and reporting.
- Inventory Control: Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of CIP and wastewater chemicals.
- Supply Management: Help order, organize, and store cleaning supplies and other housekeeping necessities.
- Parts Organization: Sort and organize parts upon receipt to ensure proper inventory management
- Minor Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance tasks, including painting, tool use, ice removal, and plumbing.
- Maintenance Log Assistance: Review daily maintenance logs and issue temporary work orders and follow-ups.
- Contractor Management: Sign off on contractor work orders with PM Manager/Coordinator or Maintenance Manager assistance, ensuring job completion and cleanliness.
- GMP Compliance: Ensure contractors and visitors adhere to established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Report Review: Analyze daily supervisor reports and discuss technical issues with the team.
- Technical Support: Assist maintenance technicians when needed.
- OSHA & BRC Compliance: With support from production and maintenance staff, the facility will be maintained according to OSHA, BRC, and housekeeping standards.
- Safety Support: Assist the Safety Coordinator with various safety-related tasks as required.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as requested and defined by your supervisor or manager.
- Function qualification:
- Maintenance Experience: Familiarity with mechanical work and PM systems, with on-the-job maintenance experience preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to establish and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Team player: Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of software such as Microsoft Access, Office Suite, e-mail, and various types of PM systems.
- Communication Skills: Effective communicator capable of building positive working relationships across all departments.
Work hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
