Your Role in Action:
• ?? Quality Control & Compliance – You’ll conduct daily GMP compliance checks, perform verification audits, and monitor egg cooler temperatures to uphold food safety standards.
• ?? Inspection & Testing – From changeovers to HACCP checklists, you’ll verify that processes run smoothly, including performing metal detector tests and packaging inspections.
• ?? Environmental Monitoring – You'll coordinate with the QA Lab Supervisor on environmental testing, including air monitoring, yeast & mold testing, and swabbing for Listeria and Salmonella.
• ?? Sanitation & Equipment Maintenance – You’ll keep sanitation equipment clean, operational, and correctly assembled, while ensuring all tools and supplies are well-stocked.
• ?? Sampling & Reporting – You’ll oversee sample selection and shipping, ensure retain samples are collected, and record data on product appearance, weight, and taste. Any issues? You’ll report them immediately to the QA team.
• ?? Data & Documentation – Your work ensures accurate data entry and documentation, updating records, filing reports, and communicating key findings through daily log books or shift emails.
What You Bring to the Team:
? Experience in food manufacturing and knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and AIB standards
? Basic microbiological testing skills and understanding of production processing methods
? Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset
? Ability to think critically and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Schedule would be 2nd shift 1pm-9pm M-F(Saturday when in peak season)
