New Business Processor/Customer Service Representative Greet clients upon entering office. Process New Business Applications and follow-through until issues are resolved. Customer Service as needed, such as processing address changes, distributions, strategy changes, etc. Follow up to make sure items are completed as requested (very important to have good follow up skills). Assist in handling appointment calendars. Answer phones. Assist with marketing responsibilities and client appreciation events. Must be able to prioritize work, pay attention to detail, and multi-task. (Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm.)
