Role Description
The Customer Relations Manager will oversee delivery and order management, maintain communication with customers, and support internal departments to ensure accurate and timely shipments. This role involves coordinating with manufacturing, warehouse, quality assurance, and accounting teams to deliver exceptional service. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills and runs from 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
Experience in a warehouse/distribution facility; automotive industry experience preferred
Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems such as SAP and WMS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical skills for error investigation and process improvement
Experience with workflow planning and scheduling
Ability to supervise inbound/outbound cargo accuracy
Team-oriented with a commitment to learning, accountability, and planning
