Role Description
The Accounting Supervisor will oversee daily accounting operations, manage a small team of accounting staff, and ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements. This role involves supervising the general ledger, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and assisting with budgeting and audit preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

• Strong understanding of GAAP

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• CPA certification preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing or service-based industry is a plus
