Responsible for client communications, budget, pay applications, contract management, change management, and schedule in conjunctionwith the Project Superintendent.The Project Manager has direct oversight of the Superintendent and must keep him informed of all project-related issues and conditions.Attend meetings with management and client weekly to provide updates on project completion progress, schedule, changes and safety.Other duties as assigned.
Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety health programs on premises or at project site locations.Provides project management team with guidance on health and safety and confirm project site fulfills industry, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
Searching, recruiting, screening, and training job applicantsCreate offer letters and negotiate pay for all employees, including benefits and terminationsStay up to date with all labor laws, handle administrative duties such as payroll and benefitsHandle all performance evaluations, training, and compliance for employeesReview and send onboarding, e-verify employees, and enter tax and direct deposit information into systemOther duties as assigned
