Seeking highly motivated, sales-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and maintain customer relationships while driving sales of equipment, services, and related products. This role focuses on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, including fleets, commercial accounts and walk-in customers
identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the region through prospecting, cold calls, and referrals
Present and recommend products, services and solutions based on customer needs
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing withing company guidelines, and close sales
Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer records, slaes activity and follow ups in CRM or sales tracking software
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Stay educated and informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required and college coursework preferred
Prior equipment or tire sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills required
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Computer skills including CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to travel 50 to 60 percent of work week
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and loyalty
