TAR Coordinator

Responsible for providing oversight and coordination of all turnaround activities within their enclave to ensure that they are completed safely, on time and within budget act as the primary interface for Operations, Maintenance, Capital Projects group, Safety and Engineering with regards to the successful completion of turnaround objectives Develop all turnaround pre-plans, cost estimates, shop arrangements and schedules. Execution team is staffed as required with contract planners, scheduler, material coordinator and cost analyst Determine manpower levels to attain schedule milestones and monitor manpower levels and craft mixes to ensure conformance to the Turnaround Plan Must have a detailed understanding of equipment and overall plant manufacturing processes Relevant experience in plant engineering, turnaround execution and reliability activities and must have demonstrated strong leadership capabilities
