Duties include but are not limited to;
Oversee company's financial data by maintaining accurate books on accounts payables and receivables, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Perform daily accounting tasks and monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and fuel cards.
Prepare financial reports for management including P&L, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.
Set up jobs, and complete job costing reports
Create invoices, send out monthly client statements, assist with collections
Assist with open enrollment, benefits, and human resources as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be very proficient in QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
Must have accounting related degree or at least 3-years of bookkeeping experience
Must be detailed, analytical, organized, and accurate
Must have excellent math skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to interpret financial reports and present reports to management
