Job Responsibilities;
Coordinate and conduct regular, informative safety meetings and
trainings
Conduct site surveys to identify and address potential safety hazards
Conduct routine safety inspections to ensure a hazard-free workspace
Maintain accurate accident and injury records and documentation
Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs, policies, and
procedures
Investigate incidents and injuries to determine root causes and prevent
recurrences
Generate reports on safety compliance, incidents and corrective actions
taken
Enforce safety policies in a fair and constructive manner
Monitor and track safety metrics to ensure continuous improvement
Skills Required;
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards including valid TWIC
Card
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Proficiency with MS Office suite of programs and record keeping systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with a valid driver's
license
Understanding of safety compliance requirements at industrial facilities
