General laborer assisting with clean up of 5-8 or more residential construction sites (new builds)
Light construction based on employee experience/knowledge, tasks can include the following: removing nails, painting, staging material, adding door hinges and knobs, and patching concrete
Work site address can vary based on new build location
Hiring for someone to sit at the site to allow access clients subs, clean, make calls, and keep an eye on things – this project would be in an office space in Vancouver, Washington. Client has a person in mind and will pay her $25/hour. It would be 40/week for 3-3.5 months probably.
