Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in the manufacturing industry? We are currently seeking Warehouse Associates to join our esteemed client's day-to-day operations at their facility in Mount Juliet, TN. As a valued member of our team, your role will vary based on your department selection, which includes storing materials, utilizing robotic weld cells to bind parts, and conducting parts inspection. The ultimate objective is to enhance efficiency, profitability, and safety within the workplace.
Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour Pay Frequency: Weekly
Requirements:

Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure working environment

Attend safety training to excel in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests

Ensure precise processing of merchandise to our stores and guests

Handle freight and move inventory efficiently throughout the warehouse

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Report to work on time and complete assigned tasks accurately and punctually

Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement

Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and within a team environment

Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift

Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift

Utilize basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction) accurately

Read labels, tickets, and other product documentation precisely

Operate computer systems or handheld devices effectively after training

Possess good written and oral communication skills
