Molding Technician

TA Staffing is seeking experienced Molding Technicians to join our Client's team on the 1st shift at our Client's facility in Portland, TN. If you have prior experience in molding operations and are looking for an opportunity to grow your career with a reputable company, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Molding Machine Setup: Set up and adjust molding machines for the production of parts in accordance with established standards and guidelines.

Quality Control: Monitor and maintain product quality by conducting regular inspections, making necessary adjustments, and reporting any issues or defects.

Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to improve molding processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall efficiency.

Material Handling: Safely handle and manage raw materials and molds, ensuring they are properly prepared for production runs.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on molding machines to ensure their proper functioning.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, quality checks, and any issues encountered during the molding process.

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Prior Experience: At least [X years] of prior experience as a Molding Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in setting up and operating molding machines, with a strong understanding of molding processes.
