Warehouse Quality Manager

TA Staffing is currently seeking a Warehouse Quality Manager to join our Cleint's dynamic team and lead our quality assurance initiatives within our warehouse operations.

Position Overview:

As the Warehouse Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Client's warehouse processes and products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, managing quality inspection teams, and continuously improving our Client's quality assurance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures in the warehouse.

• Monitor and evaluate incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Manage and lead a team of quality inspectors and associates.

• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, reporting any deviations and initiating corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

• Create and maintain detailed quality documentation and records.

• Develop and deliver quality training programs for warehouse staff.

• Maintain and ensure compliance with industry-specific quality regulations and standards.

• Continuously improve and optimize quality control processes.

• Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement.

• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Proven experience in quality management within a warehouse or distribution center.

• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with quality standards and regulations in the industry is a plus.
