What You’ll Do
• Assemble with Accuracy: Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to assemble parts and components correctly.
• Work with Tools: Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain Production Flow: Keep up with production pace while ensuring quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Inspect and Report: Perform visual inspections and measurements; report defects or irregularities to supervisors.
• Support the Team: Collaborate with others to meet daily targets and assist with cleaning, organizing, and restocking as needed.
• Champion Safety: Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times to maintain a clean and hazard-free workstation.
