What You’ll Do
• Lead Quality Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance programs, procedures, and performance metrics across the organization.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.).
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Oversee Audits: Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformances and strong audit readiness.
• Mentor and Lead: Guide and develop quality assurance teams across departments, fostering a proactive and solutions-oriented culture.
• Analyze and Report: Monitor KPIs and quality data, prepare detailed reports for senior leadership, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with production, engineering, and customer service to resolve quality issues and enhance product consistency.
• Champion Customer Satisfaction: Act as a key point of contact for quality-related customer concerns and lead resolution efforts.
