Quality Assurance Supervisor

TA Staffing is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to assigned Inspectors.

• Maintain a professional and positive image

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the CVP package and a general familiarity with Vantage.

• Operate Vantage scanners proficiently.

• Establish and maintain efficient work cells, incorporating 5S principles.

• Apply ergonomic principles to optimize setup and workflow.

• Utilize and ensure a working knowledge of relevant ISO procedures.

• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by management.

Direct Responsibilities:

• Develop and document work instructions for various inspection tasks.

• Collect and review data within the Vantage system.

• Authorize daily time sheets for the team of assigned Inspectors.

• Conduct work instruction training and provide hands-on guidance to all Inspectors in alignment with CVP requirements.

• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety rules and regulations.

• Participate in orientation and training programs for Inspectors.

• Contribute insights and feedback for Inspector Performance Appraisals.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Inspector Competency reviews.

• Act as the primary point of contact with Company Customer Representatives for relevant Customers.

• Facilitate both on-site and off-site communications with Customers as necessary.

Physical Responsibilities:

• May occasionally be required to lift, push, or pull loads up to 50 lbs unassisted.

• May be expected to lift loads between 50-75 lbs with assistance.

• Frequent use of hands, involving lifting, bending, stooping, twisting, standing, and reaching.

• Potential for stepping up, stepping down, and carrying items as part of daily tasks.
