As our CNC Machinist, your precision and craftsmanship are critical to our production success. Every part you program, machine, and inspect contributes to the reliability and performance of our products. What You’ll Do
• Set Up & Operate Machines: Program, set up, and run CNC mills, lathes, or routers based on production orders and technical drawings.
• Read Blueprints & Specs: Interpret engineering blueprints and job instructions to ensure accuracy in machining.
• Perform Quality Checks: Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect parts and maintain tight tolerances.
• Maintain Equipment: Conduct basic preventative maintenance and report malfunctions or wear to avoid downtime.
• Document Work: Track production output, tool changes, and part inspections as required.
• Troubleshoot & Adjust: Make machine adjustments to improve quality or efficiency during runs.
• Champion Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and wear proper PPE while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
