1 handyman needed / CLEAN BACKGROUND Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months+ Shift: 1st shift, 8AM Sharp start (on-site) Hours Per Week: 40-45 Trade/s Needed: Skilled Handyman / Maintenance Tech Number of Workers Needed: 1 Pay: $23-$27 Scope of Work details: Flooring VCT/ carpet squares, Door repairs, Broken window board ups, drywall, painting, minor lock repairs, fixture replacement, countertop repairs Specific Experience Needed: , proficient in impact drills, drill motor, routers, circular saw, and operate them safely/ basic skills on tape measure, drill & pat holes (fractional sized drills) / drywall anchors/ cement anchors, self-motivated/ complete tasks as delegated/ Tools Required: standard handyman tools including but not limited to impact drills, drill motor, routers, circular saw, tape measure, cordless drills, hammer, wrenches, etc Required Licenses/Certificates: N/A Drug Screen/Background Check: Yes to both English/Bi-Lingual/Spanish: Bilingual minimum Report to Contact: Senior PM Scott Streich (602)-882-8723 Flooring VCT/ carpet squares, Door repairs, Broken window board ups, drywall, painting, minor lock repairs, fixture replacement, countertop repairs, proficient in impact drills, drill motor, routers, circular saw, and operate them safely/ basic skills on tape measure, drill & pat holes (fractional sized drills) / drywall anchors/ cement anchors, self motivated/ complete tasks as delegated/ Work orders are received the night before, T1's first, then go back to day to day stuff/ could be 2 in 1 day, things like painting a wall in 2 houses/ Lunch: 6 hrs (30 mins lunch) Communications with the office via email, text, calls (work orders, used these parts, etc) end of day recaps Hours: 40-45hrs Be at the first site by 745am, ready to work by 8am Pay: $23-$27 Duration: 6 months+ Per Diem will be offered: $20/day
