uperior Skilled trades is currently looking for a handyman with HVAC Certification. Must know a bit about electrical, plumbing, he will be in charge of maintenance, small repairs. This person will oversee 3 different buildings very close to one another. • Start Date: ASAP. • Total Weekly Hours working/Start Time/Finish Time: Mon-Fri 8-5pm NO OT. • Per diem included/if so, how much and how many days: N/A • Number of men needed: 1 • Duration: 90 days, if all works out you can become a permanent employee. • What duties will employee be doing: Building maintenance, Electrical work can mean changing outlets, plumbing, must be an all around Handyman. • Any jobsite specific PPE or Tools: They will be provided tools. • Jobsite Specific Certifications: HVAC Certificate • State License Needed?/Able to reciprocate?: N/A • Drug Screen Required: YES • Background Check Required: YES Please submit an updated resume for immediate consideration.
