Job Title: Stadium Cashier
Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as stadium cashiers for the upcoming baseball season. As a stadium cashier, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive fan experience by providing efficient and friendly service during games and events. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments from customers.
Assist fans with menu inquiries and provide recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized concession stand or food service area.
Ensure compliance with all stadium policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in food service or hospitality industry.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced and dynamic stadium environment.
Standing for extended periods and walking between concession areas.
Exposure to varying weather conditions (for outdoor stadiums).
