Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• 1-year consistent work experience
• Entry-level role: no experience required, but 3+ months in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Ability to read and follow diagrams and written instructions
• Comfortable lifting/moving parts and working on your feet all shift
• Team player
• Reliable attendance

Job Responsibilities:

• Mechanical assembly of forklifts using hand and power tools
• Assemble low mix/high volume sub-assembly components from diagrams and instructions
• Follow detailed step-by-step diagrams or work instructions
• Perform quality checks on your work and make necessary adjustments
• Use computers to track part inventory and alert team leaders of shortages
• Stack/move materials using proper safety procedures – may use overhead cranes or lift trucks
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support the company’s 5S program
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen)
• May perform teardown, cleaning, and reassembly of returned components
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and work collaboratively with your team

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with mandatory overtime to include Saturday

Pay:

$19.26 per hour
