The Office Assistant will support administrative operations. The Office Assistant position will be responsible for record keeping, maintaining daily reports, ensuring the office has adequate supplies, and various other administrative duties for the location.

Computer proficiency and ability to type accurately

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of 1 year working in an office environment

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite


Office Assistant Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and production logs.

Geeting and assisting visitors, truck drivers, and vendors when arriving at the site.

Ordering office supplies and ensuring there are adequate stock levels.

Preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and other related business documents.

Supporting site leadership to ensure the site remains compliant with local, state, and federal laws, along with company policies and safety protocols.

Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with customers and vendors.

Timely filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.

Assisting with data entry and other administrative duties as assigned.


$18.00 to $20.00 per hour BOE

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
