We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to test and evaluate toys for safety, usability, durability, and overall fun factor. As a Toy Tester, you will provide valuable feedback to help improve product quality and ensure that toys meet age-appropriate and regulatory standards before reaching the market. Key Responsibilities: Test a wide range of toys based on age group, category (e.g., educational, action figures, plush, etc.), and design. Assess functionality, durability, and ease of use. Provide detailed written or verbal feedback on user experience. Report any defects, safety concerns, or usability issues. Collaborate with product designers and developers to suggest improvements. Observe or supervise child testers (if applicable), ensuring safety during testing sessions. Stay updated on toy safety regulations and industry trends. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Passion for toys, games, and child development. Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback. Comfortable working independently or in a team setting.
