Essential Responsibilities:

Handle financial data using computer automated office- this includes Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchase Orders, Payroll entries

Greet clients, visitors, and team members


Required experience/skills:

Office management experience

Organized, self-motivated, team oriented

Good phones skills

Filing

Written & verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel

Proficient in using email software

Familiar with ERP System


Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7am.-3:30pm. or 8am.-4:30pm.

Pay rate: $20.00/hr
