Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3PM
Pay Rate:
- $16.50 / hour
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate with at least 3 years of experience in order fulfillment to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping clothing items while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick clothing items from inventory based on order slips or digital pick lists
- Inspect garments for correct size, style, and quality prior to packing
- Pack products neatly and securely following established packaging guidelines
- Accurately label packages and prepare them for timely shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies and warehouse safety procedures
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and order accuracy goals
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization when needed
- Use handheld scanners or warehouse systems to log and track items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Proven ability to meet performance goals in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packing instructions
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
