Staff Management Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Millstone, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 8AM - 4PM
- Monday - Friday
Pay Rate:
- $19 / hour
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be stationed in the warehouse and will be responsible for handling client communications, order processing, and supporting general warehouse coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams
- Answer phones, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders, shipments, and inventory documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries
- Maintain records and documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Assist with other administrative or customer-facing tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience required; warehouse environment experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Hazmat certification is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and data entry
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, industrial setting
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
